Compensation: $48,000 annually

Employment Term: Through December 2026

Vanguard Political, LLC is a Florida-based political consulting firm specializing in political strategy, Black media, direct voter contact, and campaign management. We work with candidates, ballot initiatives, and public affairs clients, blending data-driven electoral strategy with the art of innovation. As our work is cyclical, all positions conclude at the end of the election cycle.

Overview

The Account Manager executes day-to-day client work and supports campaign operations across multiple accounts. The person in this role will act as a political assistant to clients as assigned, providing direct support to candidates, campaign managers, and organizational leadership. This is an ideal position for politically driven professionals seeking hands-on experience in modern electoral and issue-based campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute campaign and issue advocacy work for assigned clients

• Act as a political assistant to clients as assigned, including scheduling, briefing preparation, travel coordination, and on-the-ground support

• Draft campaign materials, memos, talking points, and communications

• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and campaign events

• Support digital, communications, and organizing efforts

• Track deadlines, deliverables, and reporting requirements

• Provide rapid-response support during critical campaign moments

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in political campaigns, advocacy, or related work

• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills

• Commitment to progressive values and liberal causes

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
